All of our baked goods are made in the bakery beneath our espresso bar.

Our croissant dough is laminated by hand, using a bespoke method that we continue to develop. A selection of sweets are baked fresh every morning. The menu changes on a fortnightly rotation to make the most of high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
